Refund Policy

Simple version: If you're not happy within 7 days of being charged, email us and we'll refund you. No hoops.

Free plan

The Free plan is free — no billing, no refunds needed. You can use it forever without a credit card.

Pro plan — monthly subscription

Pro is billed at $10.99/month via Stripe. You can cancel any time from the app or by emailing us — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you keep Pro access until then.

We offer a full refund on any charge if you request it within 7 days of the charge date and:

How to request a refund

We process refund requests within 2 business days. Stripe typically returns funds to your card within 5–10 business days after we initiate the refund.
